I know it was not the point of the article to start a debate on the legal status of prostitution, but as someone who has conventionally been a staunch opponent of changing the law, I found the points made in this phenomenally well-written piece about how the law makes sex work, less safe, less profitable, and highly stigmatised to be some of the most compelling arguments I have heard in favour of relaxing the restrictions on sex workers.
